Satin Fabric
1. Basic Concepts
Satin fabric, also known as satin fabric, is a kind of fabric with a more complicated weaving process. It is a combed fabric with a density of 173*124CM, with warp and weft yarns interwoven at least once every three yarns. It was named because of its good quality characteristics as a "tribute" to the emperor.Therefore, many people use this fabric to make shirts, pants, and other clothes.
2. Production process
(1) In the textile process, the warp and weft yarns are interwoven at least once every three yarns, forming a unique pattern. A complete weave must have at least five warp/weft yarns;
(2) The warp and weft yarns are interwoven less frequently than twill, and are independent and discontinuous, with basically no intersections;
(3) There are longer warp/weft yarns covering the surface of the fabric;
(4) Generally, the yarn count is 40 to 60;
(5) The combing density is 173*124CM;
(6) The fabric is mercerized during the printing and dyeing process, which increases the brightness and softness of the fabric;
(7) The fabric itself requires a very high density and is relatively yarn-consuming.

Satin Jacquard Fabric
Satin jacquard is a pattern woven directly into the fabric, which looks like a watermark with a concave and convex texture. It is based on satin fabric and woven with small jacquard technology.
Production process
① The processing technology of satin jacquard is to weave first and then dye;
② Satin jacquard uses two or more different tissues, or combines yarns suitable for different raw materials, so that the surface pattern has a sense of hierarchy and achieves the design effect;
③ When weaving the fabric, the warp and weft tissues are changed to form the pattern. The yarn count is fine and the raw cotton is required to be extremely high. And because the pattern needs to be woven directly into the cloth, the density of the cloth must reach a certain level to show the exquisite jacquard pattern. If the fabric of general density is used, the woven pattern must be unclear.

Washing instructions
(1) Use neutral detergent, not bleach. The stronger the stain removal ability of the washing powder, the stronger the chemical property, which will definitely aggravate the floating color phenomenon. It is recommended to use laundry detergent for washing.
(2) Do not use water over 35°C, do not soak, and set the washing machine to the gentle setting.
(3) After washing, drain and air dry. Iron at medium temperature, but do not expose to the sun.
(4) After drying, fold neatly and place in the closet, and add an appropriate amount of bagged camphor tablets.
(5) For those who like cleanliness, if you need to use it after washing, please use cold water with some salt, without detergent. This will remove the starch and floating color of the cotton fabric, making it softer when used, and also make the color last longer.
